Here's the safety measures we have in place.

We've taken several actions to create a safe environment for our patients and staff.

• SAFETY MEASURE #1: Disinfection
  Our dedicated housekeeping staff thoroughly clean all equipment, surfaces, and public areas.
• SAFETY MEASURE #2: Screening
  All patients, visitors, and staff are screened daily for symptoms of COVID-19 before entering any building; this includes a temperature check and a series of questions. We provide a face mask, if you don't have one.
• SAFETY MEASURE #3: Social Distancing
  Seating in all of our waiting rooms have been adjusted to help assure physical distancing.
• SAFETY MEASURE #4: Sneeze Guards
  Plastic barriers are installed in all of our clinics and golf carts to prevent the spread of infection.
• SAFETY MEASURE #5: Training
  Our clinical staff are trained on the latest Center for Disease Control (CDC) protocols and have the necessary equipment and supplies to safely care for all our patients.

Alternative Options to In-Person Visits

We understand that you may be cautious to return to our health center for in-person visits. We have developed the following healthcare services to bring care to you while adhering to social distancing measures.

• COVID-19 Drive-thru:
  We offer no-cost COVID testing. Call (808) 697-3170 to schedule a testing appointment.
• Pharmacy Curbside Pick-up & Home Delivery:
  We offer pharmacy curbside pick-up and pharmacy home delivery as an alternative to getting your medications. Call (808) 697-3438 to take advantage of this service.
• Same-Day Virtual Clinic:
  As an extension of our clinics, we have created a NEW Same-Day Virtual Clinic. Call (808) 697-3170 to be seen by our network of medical providers while at home or on the go.
• Telehealth Video & Phone Visits:
  All our medical providers offer Telehealth Video & Phone visits as an alternative to in-person visits. Call our WCCHC clinics to schedule a telehealth visit today.
