Where can I get a COVID-19 test? Anyone can get a free COVID-19 test at the Waianae Community COVID Response Center (located at our old Nanakuli Clinic behind the McDonald's restaurant). Schedule an appointment online at wcchc.com/COVID19 or call our COVID HOTLINE at (808) 697-3170 – walk-in's are welcomed too!

What kind of COVID-19 test is Waianae Comp providing?
Waianae Comp is administering the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test.
Our Waianae Community COVID Response Center is administering the Rapid Antigen test.

How much do the tests cost?
Free to patients and non-patients.

Does Waianae Comp do COVID-19 testing for travel?
No.

Who should get tested for COVID-19?

  • Anyone having symptoms of COVID-19
  • Anyone having close contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19
  • Close contact means someone who was within 6 feet of an infected person over a 24-hour period for a combined total of 15 minutes or more
  • Have taken part in activities that put them at higher risk for COVID-19 because they cannot socially distance as needed, such as travel, attending large social or mass gatherings, or being in crowded indoor settings.
  • Have been asked or referred to get tested by their healthcare provider or the Department of Health

What do I do if I've been tested for COVID-19?
While you self-isolate/quarantine as you wait at home for our staff to contact you with your test results, please follow the Hawai'i State Department of Health's recommendations. You can find many printable resources on their website at health.hawaii.gov/coronavirusdisease2019/resources/general-guidance.

How can I get my test results?
Patients can get their results via the Diagnostic Lab Services, Inc. (DLS) web site myDLSchart.com . Or download the myDLSChart mobile app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. For those getting the Rapid Antigen testing through our Waianae Community COVID Response Clinic, results are typically available within 15 minutes.
