Free transportation is available with advance scheduling.

Join us for Talk Story Tuesdays this April at WCCHC.

We’re bringing the community together to share information, answer questions, and connect you with resources that support your health and wellbeing.

Guest speakers Dodie Rivera and Glenn Arakawa will lead a conversation focused on navigating important programs and services, including Medicaid, SNAP, sliding fee scale, and what you need to know about Medicare.

This session will also highlight Remote Patient Monitoring, a program that allows you to track your health from home with support from your care team.

Free WCCHC transportation is available with advance scheduling from Mākaha to Honokai Hale.
